What are Important Ribbon Terms?
Continuous Print- All ribbon is printed continuously, meaning the text and image will be repeated along the length of the ribbon creating one continuous print.
Design Specifications- We use our artistic judgement to position your text and images on the ribbon to achieve the best possible results (we got you, we promise). If you have any specific requirements, please get in touch to discuss. We do not have super powers (minus being able to whisper to ribbons) so we really don't know the wanted adjustments if you do not tell us. Please see the section titled #levelup for more information on design adjustments.
Double V Cut- A double V is available on the 2-yard option ONLY. Two yards is long enough for most presents and vases, so we will gladly trim the ends for you if you choose! The Grab & Bow™ and all other orders will come with a straight cut at the ends. We do include cutting instructions with your ribbon for you to cut the ends to what you desire.
Yards- We are not being funny over here, but we do know not everyone uses the yard as a common measurement. Two important conversions to know are 1 yard = 3 feet and 1 yard = 36 inches. We offer different yard amounts because we wanted to make it easy to purchase personalized ribbon for every and all occasion. We start at 2 yards (6 feet, 72 inches) because honestly, 1 yard doesn't go very far.
Grab & Bow™
What's The Deal with Grab & Bow™?
These ribbons are 2.5 yards of pure ribbon perfection that are made with your convenience in mind! They are pre-design, printed, and ready to go, just follow these steps below:
- Grab it: Okay, you can’t physically grab it, we know, but head over to our website and GRAB (pick out) the perfect ribbon for an event, a person, or a celebration coming up.
- Wrap it: Now this step is open to interpretation. Presents can be physically wrapped, but maybe you will use it with a card, or maybe you will wrap it around napkins for Friendsgiving. However you choose to use it, this is the PREP THAT stage.
- Tie it in a BOW: Last step, and personally our fave, tie that beautiful ribbon in a bow!
What is the deal with printing logos and artwork on ribbon?
We can print your logo or artwork on the ribbon (cool, I know!) but there are a few things to note:
- Must be uploaded as a .jpg .png or .pdf
- Have a high resolution (at least 300 dpi)
- Black and white only. The black text/designs are what will be printed on the ribbon.
- We do not accept photos of any kind as artwork. We believe photos are art, we just can't print them on a ribbon. If you have a picture or an idea but do not know where to start, we are happy to help create a custom design for you. Please read through the #levelup section and pick the plan that makes sense for your needs.
Level I: Design It Yourself ribbon, Drop Your Info ribbon, and Logo Ribbon are all Level I. We use our artistic judgement to position your text and/or designs. If you would like to change the format of logo or design, add in a doodle or text, we can absolutely do that for you! A Level II charge will be applied.
Level II: This level is for when you have a logo or design but want/need help with adding text or a doodle (our cute way of saying clipart) to it. You will need to provide any font that needs to be purchased.
Level III: This is our SOS level where Seanie (the owner, how cool is that) will help bring your idea to life. She will collaborate with you in order to understand what you are wanting and create a design with your font and/or doodle preferences.
**Please not, not all designs are one of a kind, and may be reused in other designs. We will never use any of your information in other products that we sell. You many not claim copyright or intellectual property rights for Label Me Mine, LLC.
Purchasing a Proof?
If you need a proof, please request one in the Additional Comments section at checkout. Once we receive the request, we will send an invoice for $10 (please include your email). Each proof comes with two edits. Purchasing a proof will extend processing time; processing time will start when the proof is finalized via email.
What is processing time?
Processing time is the time from when the order is placed until the order is fulfilled (customized/printed/cut/etc.). Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days. Please note that processing time does not include shipping.

What is our Return Policy?
Due to the nature of our business (you know, that whole personalization thing and printing your name on it), all sales are final. Please be sure to triple check that your personalization information is correct before submitting your order. We do not send proofs, but they are available for purchase if needed.

What to do when shit happens
Damaged item: CALL THE USPS, just kidding just kidding. In the event you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at email@example.com with a picture and a description of the damaged item, if eligible, we will happily replace the exact item.
An item with error: DEFINITELY CALL THE USPS…kidding. If we made an error, please email us with a picture and description of the incorrect item, along with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. If there was an error with what was ordered and what was printed, we will mail a replacement ASAP.
Help! My package was stolen! Gosh we HATE package thieves just as much as you! Unfortunately we are not responsible for mail that has been marked as delivered but may be lost or has been stolen. This time you really have to call your mail carrier because, we do not refund or replace items that have been marked as delivered by the mail carrier.
